The outer shell is two layers of Aero Hybrid Waxed Cotton by Halley Stevenson, a Scottish mill with 150+ years of heritage. Breathable, water resistant, and dry to the touch, this waxed cotton travel bag needs no lining and shows no creasing.
Custom carbon fiber buckles, inspired by Rhode Island’s marine industry, bring aerospace-grade strength at minimal weight. Paired with solid brass YKK Excella zippers and vegetable-tanned leather straps, the hardware is built to last as long as the bag.
